How do I get a storage unit?
You can call us anytime. We will check on the availability of the space matching your requirements. You must come into the office to complete the paperwork and pay for your first month.
How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill through cash or use your debit or credit cards. You can also make a Credit or Debit card payment over the phone during business hours. You can also pay online. We will guide you throughout the payment process.
What is my responsibility if my address changes?
It is very important that the facility have your current address and telephone number in the event of an emergency.
How should I pack my things for storage?
 Your items should be packed in sturdy boxes or plastic tubs.
How do I move in my items?
 Our buildings have convenient roll up doors and a covered parking area.  We also have dollies and hand trucks that you can use to help with heavy or bulky items. Please remember that you will need to furnish a lock for your unit. We have them available for purchase in the front office. 
Are there any restricted Items?
Yes, objects such as weapons of any kind are restricted in the storage units and all illegal materials are also not accepted. No live storage is permitted in the units.
What if I forget my gate access code?
 If you forget your gate access code. you simply call the office or come and verify who you are to regain access to the facility.
